4 Stars Be warned about your cell phone but otherwise almost there
This is a roomy bag that is billed as a laptop bag as well as a diaper bag – I use it for the former and the changing mat doubles as a laptop protector for the back pocket – my 13′ Mac just fits snugly. However the pockets are not brilliantly shaped for smaller objects that are not baby related so there is not as much organization as I would like. The strap does give some comfort when I am lugging around a laptop, a large book plus all my daily stuff which I do on a regular basis. It has plenty of room and because the bag is stiff and well shaped, you can easily reach in and find your things. The double bottle pockets are great.
The real problem is the cell phone pocket on the strap. Over time, this stretches and my iphone started to fall out until eventually I lost it at the gym car park. Luckily someone returned it to the front desk, but I am writing this review as a warning to others that the cell phone pocket on the strap is unreliable especially with an iphone/blackberry as it stretches over time and you may lose an expensive device. If you place the cell phone pocket in the back instead of on the strap it is a better solution, but then the phone is no longer as handy. Overall this has been a good bag to give comfort when carrying a lot of things, if not very fashionable by British standards, but a few more touches for non-diaper uses would have been nice and do not use the cell phone pocket on the strap as advertised.

This is a FABULOUS diaper bag. SUPER comfy, the ergo strap is the BEST! Great for mom and dad, and doesn’t scream baby, so it can be used for other things, too 
Oh, and the insulated bottle holders are terrific, too.
Also, we love that it’s made well and that the company pays attention to who they use for manufacturing – so you can feel about this purchase for MANY reasons.
