User Ratings and Reviews
1 Star You can not return!
I ordered this item based on the great rating it got, yet when I received it I was unimpressed and found the size measurements to be wrong. I ordered a medium based on the manufacturer’s notes yet when received found I needed a longer one. After researching how to return, since it came with no information on this, I found out you can not return this product from this store. I wanted to warn everyone before they purchase.
5 Stars For the minimalist mama
Not as pretty as the ones with rings, but the mamas with the ring slings are constantly stuck adjusting. This one is comfortable, safe, folds to the size of a thick dinner napkin, and is machine washable. The company pushes you towards the smaller size if you’re in between, so I’ve wondered if I may not have liked the next size up even better.
3 Stars didn’t work well for me
It’s a high quality item for a decent price, but I could never get us comfy in this shape of carrier. It doesn’t support baby’s back enough for me to go hands free. I think my son slept in it one time, but I wasn’t ever able to relax. I am happier with a meitai style front carrier, or the Ergo for hip carrying.
3 Stars Pretty Basic but Runs Small
We bought this sling because we wanted something pretty basic that isn’t oversized and overpadded. The only things I would warn other propective buyers of are these:
1. I agree with another reviewer that the sizing is off. It runs a little small, especially after washing. Buy a size bigger than you think you need.
2. There is no way to adjust the sling. It’s one size without any buckle mechanism, so there is no way to adjust it as the baby grows, or depending on how high or low you want him/her to sit in it.
Overall, I recommend buying another sling that you are able to try on and test out in person. I would probably not have bought this particular sling if I hadn’t been too lazy to do that!
5 Stars THE BEST SLING!!!
I have used many slings in the past and this sling is by far the best!!!
It is easy to use- and to learn to use. Our baby loves her sling- and settles down immediatly after we put her in it. I can clean my house, walk our dog, shop, etc. and she is nestled safely in her sling. My husband also wears this sling and states, “It is the best baby product we bought!” Likewise, it is lightweight and we live in a very hot climate- she doesn’t get too hot in this sling. I used mine every day for several hours a day- and as I write this, our daughter is nestled in with me! This is a must have item for any new mom or dad!
