Our happy baby in a baby wrap
There are about a million variations on the baby sling. When my son was born, I put him in a pouch, but I simply used it the way I had seen other moms using it, and my son didn’t like it at all. I didn’t realize that there are certain guidelines for how to safely use these slings. (link to sling safety) Apparently, the wiggling and grunting is reporting by a lot of parents who tried to carry babies this way – the grunting is their struggle to breathe!
