4 Stars Wish I’d had this for babies 1 & 2
I used other styles of baby carriers for my first two — a Snugli for #1 and a Nojo sling for #2. I loved the idea of a sling, but wasn’t thrilled with the Nojo because of all the padding and the fact that it wasn’t designed for a 4′ 11″ tall woman. So I decided to try the unpadded Maya sling for baby #3 and WHAT a difference it made! I was able to cinch it up so that my little 6 pounder was nice and secure against me. With the Maya I found that I wore the baby for hours longer than I ever did with the Snugli or the Nojo because both of us were happy with how it felt.

Having said that, the 6 pounder is now a 16 pounder (or more) and the sling doesn’t feel quite as comfortable as it used to and I tend not to wear baby boy for as long. I will admit it may be something I’m not doing right that is contributing to the problem, but I’m now intrigued enough to look at the Moby wrap to see if it might work better for me now that my baby is bigger. I still love using my Maya sling around the house and have recommended it to many expecting mothers, but it would be nice to find something I can use for longer periods of time like I used to be able to do with the Maya.

5 Stars Versatility and long lasting
My son is a wiggle worm! I could not use the sling really until he was about 4 months old – he would arch his back and then his head would get kinked. But once he was solidly holding his head up this sling is a miracle worker.

I use this baby every where we go. Sometimes being in the stroller is unsettling for him so I just pop him in the sling and he is fine and feels safe. If he is fine in his stroller but wants to sleep, I just use the sling to cover the front and sides of the stroller because it is so wide. I can also use it as a cover for the stroller while changing a diaper. When we fly places I can cover his head while he sleeps on the plane on me. It has just become the all around baby necessity for me. I can’t say enough good things about it!

I also have a baby bjorn and an evenflo snugli. The problem with these is that they put a ton of strain on my shoulders, they don’t really even out the weight of a larger baby. My son is 30″ long and 17 lbs at only 5 months. When I use the sling, I can carry him for over an hour at a time vs 10-15 minutes in the other carriers or 10 minutes just holding him.

***It does take practice and some learning though along with a lot of patience. With such a wiggly baby, I’ve found the best postion for us is the tummy to tummy while he kind of straddles my middle. Sometimes he will also sit in it cross legged while facing forward.

I think it will be great to carry him on my back with in a few more months. I can’t wait to see how many more uses I can get out of it.

5 Stars The grandson and I are sold on it
I wish I’d known about these when my own kids were babies; my daughter especially would have practically lived in it. It works pretty well for an active 7 month old grandson too — he sits in it and loves getting walked around (and chewing on the fabric, of course), and has fallen asleep in it a couple of times. I haven’t used the pocket yet, but have been told by others that it can replace a diaper bag. It seems roomy enough for that, anyway. If you’re new to slings, try a couple different positions to see what works best for you & the kid, and give it a day or so to get used to it.

The only quibble I have is with the documentation. The written instructions were *too* sketchy, they didn’t make it clear that the labels should be facing out when initially threading it through the rings. The included DVD was better, it showed what to do, although I paused and backed up several times to make sure I had it right.

2 Stars I Don’t Like It
I’ve used this wrap for five months now and the only thing that I like about it is the tail because I can nurse while carrying my baby with ease. I don’t like the fabric and when tightened it digs into my neck and my baby’s legs and hurts. It seems to be twisted 90% of the time and I know that I’m threading it correctly. I have to readjust it too often because the fabric is always sliding and loosening up the sling. I NEVER go hands free using this carrier. I don’t know what they’re talking about but this sling isn’t that secure. Another thing about slings is they are only supported by one shoulder and your back so eventually the weight from any sized baby causes a lot of pain and discomfort. I am looking into the Moby or Sleepy Baby wraps because they’re softer, more secure and distribute weight evenly, but I’m not sure if I want to be bothered with all that wrapping.

4 Stars Excellent First Impression!!
I used it the first time today w/o watching video because I was so excited to use it. I think it was twisted and it wasn’t very tight but it helped so much with the weight after watching the instructions I am even more excited to use it. My daughter is 15 months old 25 lbs. I’m used to carrying her all this time, but she loved the maya as much as I did, she was happy and calm in it. Will post more later! Get it! The moby you have to criss cross it twice around your body and it’s 4-5 yards of fabric (12-15 feet). Imagine doing that in a parking lot!! haha! Maya rox!

I bought this for a friend’s baby, and it was a big hit. Super cute, and unlike some other people’s reviews, it didn’t seem heavy (seemed about the same weight as other teethers). The teether was a slightly darker color than pictured, but this didn’t affect the overall look. For the price, this is an excellent product!!

The smell of plastic was so strong on this item that I threw it in the garbage. There was NO way I would let my teething baby boy put it in his mouth!

3 Stars Nice but heavy
I got this for my 3 month old baby girl and I was a little suprised at how heavy it was compared to other similar teethers. Its very cute and has small rattles inside that are not to bad to listen to. She seems to like looking at it but its too heavy. I would def recommend this to someone with a 6 or 7 month old baby who would be able to hold it much better.

5 Stars a great gift idea
I am totally satisfied with this warm, soft, cuddly cap! This cap will be included in a box of clothes given as a shower gift for my daughter, who will have a baby boy this fall. Cap has excellent construction w/a very soft lining ~ appropriately named ‘Bundle Me’. This cap would make a nice gift for a newborn!

4 Stars the TAG!!!
The hat is soft and cute as a button, however, the TAG in the hat is huge and rough. I thought that this hat would have been –

number one – Made in the USA

number two – baby head friendly….. the tag will hurt the baby’s head.

So, We’ll use a seam ripper and hope for the best.

3 Stars Beautiful hat, but VERY small….
I should have paid closer attention to the reviews that said this hat was very small. I bought it when my baby was just past 3 months old. She is small for her age (25% percentile on the growth charts), and the 0-6 month size hat is very tight on her.

Another reviewer gave the instructions on how to remove the elastic, which gives the hat more give. I will be trying that so my baby can hopefully get some use from this. This hat is very nicely made though, and very cute for either a boy or girl.

We got this hat when my son was 3 months & it would NOT go over his head. Not even a little bit. & of course I didnt have time to deal with a return, so we still have it with the tags on it. I would just order the next size up. Its a super cute hat.

2 Stars Smaller than expected
I have bought many JJ Cole products and have always been satisfied with their quality. This hat is no exception. The hat looks really cute, soft and warm. However, it’s way smaller than I’d expected. I bought size 0-6months for my then 3 month old daughter, whose headsize was in the 5th percentile. It was tight on her head and I could tell that she was uncomfortable, she kept scratching her head as if trying to take the hat off. I’m not sure if it was tight because I washed it, or because that’s how it came in. It was used only once and I had to put it away. Too bad I couldn’t return it.

1 Star CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!
Major turn off! I’ve recieved and assembled it like a minute ago. Smells like something REALLY toxic!

I’m considering not letting my baby boy play with it. I also expected it to be better builded.

5 Stars Loved in our house!
We bought this when our now 2 year old was about 4 mos old. We had gone to the store for the bumbo but thought this looked like a better option. It absolutely was. Even now she still sits in it, although the toys don’t keep her attention anymore, she still likes to have her afternoon snack in there. She would sit in there long enough for me to shower or cook dinner, which is really all I could ask for =) There was about a month or so, when she wouldn’t eat in her high chair and only in there. Baby #2 just turned 3 months old and hopefully will enjoy this as much as her sister did!

I’m surprised to read someone’s paint peeled, we have not had that problem. Also, one of the toys has a loop on it where I could attach other toys when she did get bored.

4 Stars My 5 month son loves it….
Went shopping for a bumbo, got this instead because it has toys for my son to play with, plus can be used in multiple ways.

It is as advertised, the quality is good enough. It is pretty stable and the 360 table is a great feature.

We hope to use it a lot longer.

My piece was missing a few parts, contacted the customer service and they shipped the parts the next day.

As my son loves it, I would recommend this for your kids.

4 Stars Great product
I purchased this seat for my daughter around 4 months old because she was showing signs that she wanted to be seated upright, but lacked the strength to do so on her own. I was considering the Bumbo when I stumbled across this seat. I liked the idea of the tray and later use as a booster seat. Once I received it, I found it very easy to put together. The tray slides nicely and my (rather large) baby fit in it perfectly. The reason for the 4 stars however, is that I noticed the underside of the tray has some ridges on it that I felt could scratch my baby’s toes if she were to get excited and kick hard. I solved this by simply putting socks on her feet and never had a problem. Also, it was a bit difficult to carry this seat one-handed with the tray attached while holding my baby in my other arm. If I tried to pick it up by the tray, it would fall off and grabbing the orange part does not work either because that part is removable. So I had to try to slide my fingers under the green part, which was heavy and awkward to carry in that manner. I do feel that this seat may have helped her with sitting as she was sitting almost unassisted by 5 months. All in all a good product, easy to keep clean. I would recommend.

5 Stars Super Indeed!
I started researching the Super Seat because my son could not sit in the Bumbo. In it he would slouch which put too much pressure on his tummy and he would spit up. Then by 5 months his legs were too chubby. He sits up much straighter in the Super Seat and there is more room in the seat, even with the insert. The toys are simple but he still enjoys them. He has short arms so the toys are out of his reach on a lot of other toys. He can reach them in the Super Seat. I also like that it is more versatile and can be used longer. From the product specifications, I was afraid that this seat would be large, but it is not. The width given is with the tray in place. We also love it for travel. It’s two things in one: a booster and for sit-and-play.

5 Stars This is Amazing!
We first purchased this wrap because our little girl was 5lbs at birth and the Bjorn carriers are not recomended for babies under 8lbs. The day we got it, I hated it, could not figure it out and was really frustrated. It took a good 3-4 tries before I got the hang of it. Now we use it numerous times daily, she loves it and goes right to sleep in it. She is now 3 months old and she smiles when she sees me putting it on. It is perfect for shopping, I see other moms struggling with car seats and crying babies while mine is sound asleep! This is a MUST have for babies!

5 Stars Most loved baby item!!!
I did a lot of research on wraps before deciding on the sleepy wrap. We adopted a baby boy and I wanted a wrap to carry him close to help with bonding. This wrap is amazingly comfortable! Putting him in the wrap instantly calms him down when he’s fussy. My son is now 3 months old and I still wear him in the wrap for 4-5 hours a day and it doesn’t hurt. My sister in law bought the Moby wrap and I don’t like it at all, it’s not as stretchy so you have to tie it just right to get the baby in it. I am now buying sleepy wraps for every baby shower I go to because I love it so much. I only wish I would have had it with my first son because he was a very cranky baby and this wrap would have made things a lot easier.

5 Stars Absolute Necessity!
I Love my wrap. My little one was born 2 months early-preemie, and had spent 46 days in the NICU. When she arrived home she weighed 4lbs 5oz. She is so adorable that I could not put her down and she had gotten accustomed to me holding her all the time, that I could not function around the house to prepare bottles, meals, or even brush my teeth. Having her kangaroo hold 24/7 is great for us to make up for lost time to bond, and for her reassurance that mommy loves her dearly!!

I read reviews on both Sleepy Wrap and Moby Wrap – no much of a difference; however, must ensured the Sleepy wrap fabric was more flexible and stretchy! So I could not make any mistakes on either one, so I ordered this in purple. Its only been a few days and we are in love with it. It never felt so good to have two functinable hands in the home!

this wrap is comfortable, easy to use, washable, and wonderful!! my baby loves it, i love it and my 11 year old daughter uses it too tote the baby too!! once i put it on the first time, it is easy to get on it is not bulky or hot. i love this wrap!!

2 Stars Bad Quality
My LO loves being carried and I chose the sleepy wrap over the Moby wrap after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, I noticed today that my material is ripped for no apparent reason straight down the label front. After dropping $40, I wasn’t expecting this at all.

Also, the material gets hot easily, my LO gets so hot and sweaty! Sad to say, I’m shopping for another baby wrap after less than a month of owning the Sleepy Wrap.
